No! Physical therapists in Montana have full direct access. You do not need a referral to be evaluated or treated for physical therapy in Bozeman, MT.
We are proud to provide in-network services with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, PacificSource, Allegiance, and Cigna. Our goal remains the same - to deliver the highest level of individualized, one-on-one care tailored to your unique needs.
If you have insurance outside of these plans, we can still provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
At this time, Live Well is not a Medicare Provider, therefore, we cannot legally provide services that would be considered normally covered services according to Medicare. If you are seeking Vestibular Rehabilitation, we are happy to refer you to a medicare enrolled provided.
Yes, you are able to use HSA and FSA cards for physical therapy services.
This answer greatly depends on the type of vestibular dysfunction you are experiencing. We will create a plan during your initial evaluation that works best for you and your needs. We often see clients 1 time a week from 1 week to 8 weeks total.
Yes, telehealth services are offered for Vestibular Evaluation and Follow Ups. This allows Live Well to bring services outside the Gallatin Valley to Montana Residents. Virtual services are not offered for BPPV initial assessment and treatment due to the need for therapist guided maneuvers.
