Live Well is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, PacificSource, Allegiance, and Cigna.
If you have insurance outside of these plans, we are still happy to work with you. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend checking directly with your insurer.

At this time, Live Well is not enrolled as a Medicare provider. Because of this, we are unable to provide services that are typically covered by Medicare. If you are seeking Vestibular Rehabilitation and have Medicare, we are happy to help connect you with a Medicare-enrolled provider in the area.
